Our services integrate TOTAL Facilities Management required by companies to optimise their offices and buildings’ functionality and smooth operations on any working day and respond immediately during a crisis or emergency. We have a proven and measurable track record of delivering quality and affordability and accomplishing our work on time and within budget with little or no interference to the company and its daily operations. Our current biggest client within our stable is Loreal South Africa.

By partnering with registered & certified BEE contractors who are specialised and dedicated specifically in their industry, our execution is superior & discernable, and our monitoring & response systems are highly effective. Masana is able to respond to any situation 24/7, 365 days a year. Masana has a proven and calculable track record of its partnerships with Enterprise Development contractors and is proud to boast that many of these are ongoing, successful enterprises.
We work mainly with small business contractors who are certified, skilled, experienced, and who carry a public liability where it is required. Masana’s CSI focus is on Enterprise Development, and how we empower small enterprises is through cash flow, which, after all, is what all small entrepreneurs need to sustain their businesses. Without fail, we pay our contractors a 50% deposit and the balance of payment upon completion and sign-off. We place equal emphasis on our contract partners to follow the same principles of Enterprise Development.
